Geraldine is a long-time advocate for ethical purpose-led business practices. She currently acts as Chief Legal & Data Officer of Coast 4C, an Earthshot Prize finalist and impact enterprise working in marine conservation and livelihood building in the Philippines.

Geraldine is a Deputy Chancellor of Monash University and chairs its ESG & Estates Committee. She has served as a non-executive director of private and not-for-profit companies and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Previously a partner at one of Australia's largest law firms, Geraldine has worked in premier law firms in Australia and overseas. She founded Geraldine Grace in 2020 to support responsible businesses, start-ups, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Geraldine has worked extensively across Australia, Greater China and Southeast Asia. ​​Born and raised in Malaysia, she is fluent in Malaysian and proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin.

Qualifications and admissions
Geraldine holds Law and Economics degrees from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She is admitted to practise in the Australian states of Victoria and New South Wales, and Hong Kong and England & Wales.

Publications and presentations
Geraldine has contributed corporate and commercial law chapters to legal publications and wrote the Australian ESG and Impact Investing Guide for a leading online legal publisher. She has given keynote addresses and spoken at conferences and on panels in Australia, Hong Kong and Japan.
